Statistically Speaking – Week 2

Week 2 broken down by the numbers (on Wednesday no less!)…can anyone stop Runs N Throses as they drive for the title?

Tom Brady tore apart the Legends defense for 423 passing yards and 3 passing TDs in proving for the second week in a row that he is the Dreamiest Quarterback in the Universe….

It is a Double-Double for Runs N Throses as they once again lock up the Top WR for the week, only this time they went to the opposite side of the field with Jeremy Maclin and his 171 yards and 2 receiving TDs….Runs N Throses leads the league with 4 Player of the Week Honors, while only 6 other teams even have 1 award so far….

Darren McFadden showed why he was the #1 Draft Pick for Money Inc by piling up over 70 yards both on the ground and in the air with a TD bonus in a losing effort against the Grandmasters….

John Kasay split the uprights 6 times including a 53 yard Field Goal for the Thrashers as they eeked past the Husslers for their 2nd victory in as many weeks….

X-Factor’s Lions Defense was stellar in shutting down the Whales this week and was the heart of the team in their landslide win….

Team of the Week

Playground Legends managed a perfect 100% efficiency rating this week, but it was all in vain as Runs N Throses ran away with the Team of the Week award. Running at 97.5% efficiency themsleves, their 157 point effort tied their own record as the 10th highest score in TBFL History from Week 10 of last year….After just missing the award last week, RnT currently leads the entire league in scoring with 306 points and has an All-Play record of 21-1 after 2 weeks….

Chump of the Week

Already sporting a roster full of guys with Red Letters next to their names has not helped the Whales….Their defense has been no help allowing a League high 142 points per game while the offense is only hitting 75% efficiency on a total possible points that is 17 below the League Average….They will have to battle Money Inc this week to see who will fall to the bottom of the Bandit Division….

After only two weeks of TBFL action, things are already thinning out at the top as only 5 teams have an All-Play record over .500….and the top of the heap are all in the Buccaneer Division….

(.955) Runs N Throses
(.909) Warriors
(.773) X-Factor
(.682) UO Grandmasters
(.591) Husslers
