Joe Flacco (FUD)
5 Quarterbacks cracked 25 points in Week 6…Jay Cutler threw for the most yardage (381) but only 1 Touchdown against the Falcons ending on 26 points…Aaron Rodgers played his 100th game as a Packer against the Dolphins…and pulled the Marino fake spike to set up his 3rd Touchdown of the day to end on 28 points…Philip Rivers put up his 3rd 3 Touchdown game in a row to also end on 28…Andrew Luck finished with 300+ yards for the 4th Week in a row to end at 29…and then there was the guy who played the Bucs…Flacco went 21 of 29 (72.4%) for 306 yards and 5 Touchdowns (146.0 Passer Rating)…and did not even play in the 4th Quarter…5 Touchdowns is a personal record…all of them in the first 16 minutes is an NFL Record (previously 20 minutes, 56 seconds)…It is the 1st Player of the Week award for Flacco…and the 2nd trophy on the year for Fudgie Whales…
Matt Forte (WAR)
4 Running Backs reached 25 points in Week 6…Giovani Bernard finished with the best Yards per Carry (7.61) getting 137 yards on 18 attempts…a Touchdown and 20 yards on 4 catches left him at 25…DeMarco Murray had his 6th straight 100 yard rushing game…Only Jim Brown (1958) has ever done it before…he ends on 26 points…Arian Foster had his 4th 100 yard game for the year and found the end-zone 2 times to end on 28…but Matt Forte was the only back to crack 30…hell even 35…this week…Involved in 30 of the Bears 69 offensive plays…he matched Bernards 157 total yards with a more even split of 80 on the ground and 77 through the air on 10 receptions…he now leads the entire league…including Wide Receivers…in receptions for the year (46)…2 Touchdowns ended his day at 37 points…It is the 1st Back-2-Back award for a Running Back this year…the 3rd overall trophy for the Warriors…
TY Hilton (WAR)
Hilton took over the top spot on the Wide Receiver chart early on Thursday Night…and spent the rest of the week watching everyone fall short of reaching him…He caught all 5 of his 1st Quarter targets from Andrew Luck for 147 yards in 12:59 of play…11 more Receiving Yards than any other player would total in Week 6…he was also perfect on the final 4 Targets he received for an additional 76 yards including his 1st Touchdown of the season…223 yards is a new personal best (155 2013…Week 17)…and 37 Points ties as the 2nd highest output from a Wide receiver this season…It is the 1st Player of the Week award for Hilton…and now the 4th overall trophy on the year for the Warriors…
Dan Bailey (BAT)
Only 2 Kickers managed down the Golden Path to our Spinal Tap score of 11 or better…and both played against each other in their NFL game on Sunday…Steven Hauschka followed the standard formula hitting twin 33’s and a 48 yard Field Goal…then added 2 Extra Points to reach 11…Dan Bailey followed the path as well…but hit on a 56 yard bonus earner and an extra-Extra Point to reach 13 points as he and the Cowboys defeated the Seahawks…It is the 1st Player of the Week award for Bailey…and the 4th overall trophy for Bay Area Thrashers…
Detroit Lions (BAT)
9 Defenses made it to 2-Digit scores in Week 6…and yes that includes Husslers eating his 2nd 2-Digit Negative score in the past 3 weeks…Bubba Army stayed on the “START ANYONE PLAYING JACKSONVILLE” train to pile up 13 points with the Titans…but our Team of the Week doubled that…The Lions kept the Vikings out of the endzone yielding only 3 Points for a Field Goal…Teddy Bridgewater was taken down 8 times…and with the constant pressure gave up 3 Interceptions to total out at 26 points…It is the 1st Defense of the Week award for the Lions…the 2nd Defensive trophy and 5th trophy overall for Bay Area Thrashers…

In their 2nd consecutive week chasing for the title…Warriors took the early lead on Thursday 48-32…After the AM session on Sunday they fell to the middle of the pack…but in the 4pm games they stormed back with Kirk Cousins and the Running Back of the Week…to reach 144…but Tharshers Defense of the Week outscoring his -2 score by 28 gave the edge to Thrashers 156-144…It is the 4th Team of the Week for Kevin on the year…tying a Team record last met in 2005…the win was also Bay Area thrashers 125th Overall Victory…
