Wow I suck at this…
Ok…so managing to get something posted on this blog in some sort of timely manner has not worked out the last two seasons has it. I have some bigger projects I am going to try and accomplish here this year to keep me honest and attempt to be better with my schedule. However, the Web Nazi’s at my primary place of employment currently block this site from my daytime internet access, so most of the updates will have to be done on my phone or at home when Mrs. Commish is not complaining about time spent on the computer.
For a first effort this year, I did manage to get the Fantasy Bowl XIV Logo done:
Bay Area Thrashers Press Release
From the Desk of EVERY OTHER TEAM OWNER in the TBFL
This week…for one week only we are proud to present the “Help Miller Get Some New Smack Charity Ball (game)”
We would also like to announce and thank our top sponsor Money Inc for not only their sizable donation but for hosting the Ball (game) at their home field.
Now enough of the chatter…let’s get to the topic at hand. We went out and found some volunteers to help Team-No-Smack brainstorm some new ideas and here they are:
Armed N Dangerous Press Release
From the Desk of Michael R Miller, President of Football Operations, Armed N Dangerous
We commend the TBFL for showing us humility. Our futility has culminated in none other than our TE Jermichael Finley needing to take a half of quarter off this week to get a BJ from a cheerleader or fluids to stop his cramping. Really? Cramping, take some friggin Midol! We are not bitter over our 2 point loss to Danny and his Legends. This will make us a better team.
Some may think an 0-3 start puts us in the shitter. I prefer to look at it as putting us in the best position to surprise you assholes for the rest of the season. I have a significant amount riding on this season. Therefore, after week 4, I will probably trade the good player or two on my roster to Xfactor, so I can take all of Shawn’s money. Okay, maybe not. However, after I beat the Throser in the first official T&A night of the TBFL season, I want it noted, that any player is available. Yes, even golden boy Aaron Rodgers. These players need to know that they must perform. If not, they won’t get to play in T&A nights.
In an effort to try and steal a victory over the Throser this week, we are pulling out some stops.
