I have had some official notifications, and various conversations with some league members where they have stated what they will do and where we have guessed at what other people are thinking.  Just to give everyone a heads up to the current Franchise Player picture and to help people make the final decision with their on the fence players, I’ve compiled the following list of both confirmed, supposed, and rumored franchise players:

2009 Potential Franchise Player List

Quick FAQ:
UFA = Undrafted Free Agent
The number shown for 2008 is the round the player was drafted in.
The number shown for 2009 is the lowest round that player can be franchised.
If you want to franchise two players with the same number (ie. 12) one can be held in the 12th round, while the other will have to be held in the 11th or higher round.
The Franchise Player Deadline is Sunday, August 30, 2009.
